Project 100: Time To Kick It Up

I personally notice a difference from the first Project 100 pic. It may just be me. Well I have noticed a difference in energy. I have a little more pep in my step.
Well... That could be the wonderful woman in my life. You know, the one I still refuse to share any information about.
This week I am going to focus on upper body workouts primarily as that is my weakness right now (at least in my opinion).
So, it's going to be straight up push-ups. I'll throw in the leaners too but the primary focus will be full on real push-ups in the whole variety I know: regulars, wide arm and close grip. There will be at least 100 on the ground push ups on top of the leaners I do at work. I'm also going to hit the weights in the evenings after work and every other day throw in some squats and calf raises just to keep my legs active until the lower body work out next week.
Also, next week I am going to add a polling thingy at the side of my blog so you, my viewers get to pick the Torture of the Week.
I forgot how addictive working out is.

For those of you who read my blog but can't comment you can email me at themissourisavage@yahoo.com and tell how great I am or how much I suck or you can ask for strength-building work-out tips. I know quite a few....

Still looking good! :D

I've added calf raises; they were looking a bit jelly-ish.
Can't have that!

well done!!!! kudos!!!!

and VERY happy the lady thing is working out so well. these are good things. :)

i am still doing the walks a couple of days a week (i need to do more of this -- just got a pedometer and walking the recommended 10,000 steps a day translates into about 5 miles of walking per day. christ! i ain't got time/energy for that!!! but maybe someday). i also work out with weights (LIGHT weights -- don't want to misrepresent) twice a week. i have more energy and i THINK i look/feel a bit more toned. that is nice. one wants results for efforts, and it is encouraging when that happens!
